Sassy Pants Belly Dance Workout!
Getting in shape has never been this fun! You know it's true...you won't continue with an exercise program unless you truly love it!
Sassy Pants combines the fun of a dancer's-type workout combined with exciting, sizzling Belly Dance skills. We teach you how to achieve those sassy and gorgeous, feminine movements. We often utilize a ballet barre' for strengthening and lengthening, and frequently use our yoga mats for floor work. Other times we may use light weights to add resistance, or perhaps we float around with lovely veils made of gorgeous fabric (but oh, those arms get a workout!). Belly Dance moves are used to isolate muscles, lengthen the spine, tire out those core muscles, and create endorphins that will elevate your mood. We glide, we float, we Choo Choo across the floor. We shimmy, we sweat, we glow with the effort.
All levels of fitness and dance skill are welcome. Check into Red Door and give it a try.
Talia Soleil is your instructor. With over 40 years of experience in the dance and fitness industry, and owner of the Red Door Dance Studio, she will help guide you and inspire you to reach your goals. She has taught classes and master workshops, trained instructors, and is a former fitness champion.
Her studies in massage, sports injury prevention, dance, and personal training help her build fun, innovative workouts that will continue to challenge and inspire you.
